Same-day flower delivery is available for eligible orders placed before our daily cut-off time, subject to delivery availability.
Same-day delivery is available Monday to Friday for orders placed by 11:00am AEST, and Saturday for orders placed by Friday 4.00pm AEST
Deliveries are made between 6:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Saturday.
Ray's Florist does not deliver on public holidays. Orders placed on public holidays will be delivered on the next available business day.
While we always do our best to accommodate delivery requests, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Ray's Florist can deliver flowers to hospitals, aged care homes and care facilities across Sydney, subject to each location's delivery rules.
Please provide the patient or resident's full name, ward or room number if available, facility name, recipient phone number and any special delivery instructions.
Some hospitals or care facilities may restrict flower deliveries in certain wards, so we recommend checking with the facility before placing your order.
Funeral flower deliveries require accurate service details, so the flowers arrive at the correct location and time.

Funeral orders are delivered 45 minutes to 1 hour before the scheduled service time to allow for respectful setup and placement.
Flower varieties and colours may vary depending on seasonality and availability.
If a flower, hamper item or container is unavailable, Ray's Florist may substitute it with an item of equal or higher value while preserving the overall style and purpose of the arrangement.
This is especially important for seasonal flowers, urgent orders and regional or interstate deliveries where exact matches may not always be available.
