Substitution Policy: While every effort is made to ensure the product and colour selected will be used, circumstances may arise due to seasonal availability where containers and flower colours and varieties may be substituted with that of the same or higher value and suitability. If the contents vary dramatically the customer will be notified for permission to substitute.

We recommend placing your order at least 24 hours before the funeral service where possible. This allows our florists time to prepare each floral letter to the highest standard. For urgent requests, please call our team directly and we will do our best to assist.
This tribute will be created in the same white and red style shown, with a white floral letter base and fresh red rose sprays.
Some seasonal flowers and foliage may vary depending on availability, but our florists will maintain the overall MUM letter design, colour style and presentation.
Yes. Ray's Florist delivers floral letter funeral tributes across Sydney, including to funeral homes, churches, chapels, cemeteries, crematoriums, memorial venues and graveside services.
A complimentary floral easel or suitable display support may be provided for the funeral service where required. Complimentary hire is valid for the day of the funeral service and for the duration of the service only.
Easels and display supports must remain at the service location and are not to be removed, taken home or moved to another address. If an easel or display support is removed from the service location and cannot be located, the replacement cost may be charged to the same payment method used to purchase the flowers.
