I cannot thank Sally from Ray’s Florist enough for the breathtaking casket cover she created. From our very first meeting, she promptly sat down with me to discuss my vision, colours, and the types of flowers I had in mind. Her kindness, understanding, knowledge and genuine care for how important this was to me made all the difference. She went above and beyond, following up with several calls to ensure every detail was perfect and that I was completely happy with the final design. My mum had a huge love for flowers, and it was incredibly special for me to get this right. The result was beyond anything I could have imagined—truly the most magnificent casket cover I’ve ever seen. The two matching wreaths complemented it perfectly, bringing everything together so beautifully. Every person at the service commented on how stunning it was and asked where it was from. It became one of the true focal points of the day, and I know my mum would have absolutely loved it. Sally’s patience, attention to detail, and dedication were evident in every flower. Ray’s Florist did my mum’s wedding bouquet when my parents got married 35 years ago. Ever since I was little I was always in awe with their wedding, especially mums bouquet. When I got engagement mum told me Ray’s Florist is STILL in business and I couldn’t be more excited to contact them to RECREATE my mums boutique all those years ago. Dealing with Ray’s Florist during the wedding plan was honestly the easiest part of the whole thing. I corresponded with Benson the whole time and he was absolutely wonderful!! Always prompt and always so helpful with any little detail. The day of my wedding arrives and when I saw my GORGEOUS bouquet I couldn’t help but cry. It was such a special moment for me to see the vision come to life so perfectly, and I’m sure my mum felt that full circle moment too. It’s been 4 months since my wedding and so many people STILL talk about my bouquet and also my church flowers, which were just so breathtaking. Absolutely beautiful fresh flower for my mum’s funeral. We had been recommended to go to Ray’s Florist and we were not disappointed on the final product. Ray’s team prepared my mamma’s flowers with love, passion and perfection. It was truly a wow factor! To see these fresh flowers on top of the casket was truly amazing and my family and I were truly grateful and thankful of the wonderful gift my mamma had received from her children and grandchildren. Mum was truly a princess on her day. I recommend Ray’s florist to everyone. Next day I ordered another box of flowers and were beautiful too. 10/10 on my point of view !!!

These guys create custom bouquets on the spot based on what you want. I had never bought flowers this way before and was so impressed! I gave them my budget, the occasion and colour scheme - what they created was absolutely beautiful and at such a great price. The staff were helpful, polite and friendly.
