Complimentary hire is only valid for the day of the service & the time period of the service. Please do not remove easels/pedestals from the location of the service. If the easel or pedestal is removed from the service & cannot be located, the cost of the easel or pedestal will be billed automatically via the same payment method utilised to purchase the florals from us.

If the easel or pedestal is not required, please let us know in the order comments & we will ensure that only the florals will be sent to the required delivery address.
