The pedestal is provided for the booked service or display period only and must remain at the delivery location for collection by Ray's Florist.
It should not be removed, taken home or moved to another address. If the pedestal cannot be located after the service or event, replacement costs may apply.
Keep the arrangement in a cool position away from direct sunlight, heat and strong airflow.
If the arrangement is being kept after the service or event, gently add water to the floral foam to keep it moist. Do not overfill the container, and avoid moving the arrangement unnecessarily once it has been placed for display.
