Substitution Policy: While every effort is made to ensure the product and colour selected will be used, circumstances may arise due to seasonal availability where containers and flower colours and varieties may be substituted with that of the same or higher value and suitability. If the contents vary dramatically the customer will be notified for permission to substitute.

We recommend placing your order at least 24 hours before the funeral service where possible. This allows our florists time to prepare the wreath to the highest standard. For urgent requests, please call our team directly and we will do our best to assist.
This wreath will be created in the same yellow, blue and purple colour style shown, with yellow roses, gerberas and blue-purple feature flowers included in the design.
Some seasonal flowers and foliage may vary depending on availability, but our florists will maintain the overall colour palette, wreath style and presentation.
Yes. Ray's Florist delivers funeral wreaths across Sydney, including to funeral homes, churches, chapels, cemeteries, crematoriums, memorial venues and graveside services.
A complimentary floral easel is provided for display during the funeral service where required. Complimentary easel hire is valid for the day of the funeral service and for the duration of the service only.
Easels must remain at the service location and are not to be removed, taken home or moved to another address. If an easel is removed from the service location and cannot be located, the replacement cost may be charged to the same payment method used to purchase the flowers.
